How We Work Together
Design Process
1. Inquiry & Consultation
We begin with a consultation to discuss your space, goals, style preferences and investment. This allows us to determine the best approach for your project.

2. Discovery & Measurements
I visit your space to take measurements and assess existing elements.

3. Inspiration Boards
Curated inspiration boards are developed to define the overall design direction, color palette, and aesthetics.

4. Design Boards & Presentation
Detailed design boards are developed, including furniture, rugs, lighting, textiles, and accessories. Fabric and finish samples may be sourced as needed.

5. Review & Refinement
We review the design together and refine selections based on your feedback to ensure the design aligns with your vision and lifestyle.

6. Ordering & Coordination
Once the design is approved and finalized, I provide a detailed quote and invoice. Orders are placed upon payment. I manage ordering, track deliveries and coordinate logistics to ensure everything arrives as planned.

7. Installation & Reveal
Installation takes place once all items have arrived. I am present during installation to ensure the design is executed according to plan and that communication flows smoothly throughout the process.
Design Flow

A brief 30-minute call to discuss your space, goals, timeline, and overall project scope and determine if it’s a perfect match.

An upfront design fee is collected and a Design Services Agreement is signed to officially begin the project.

A 60-minute walkthrough of your space to review layout, functionality, and design direction. Measurements are taken as needed.

A custom design proposal is created, outlining the scope of work, design direction, and next steps.

Design boards, selections, and any material samples are reviewed and finalized based on your feedback.

Ordering, procurement, and coordination take place. I oversee the process to ensure everything aligns with the approved design plan.

Installation is completed and styled, followed by a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your approval.
